I began my Real Estate career in 1977 in Newport R.I. where I sold many estates and homes till I moved to Austin in 1987 during the height of Austin's infamous Real Estate bust when most realtors were getting out of the business!

I came to Austin to visit my sister and found that I loved the people and the area so much I stayed and started my real estate career and life all over again.

I settled in South Austin and the Travis Heights Neighborhood where I live. I immediately began to make 78704 my area of expertise and have sold more homes in the 78704 area than any other single Realtor.

Most of my business now is from repeat customers and referrals. I often sell homes before they are listed in the Multiple Listing Service, when I can match buyers with sellers with whom I am in contact.

I have also sold many homes in 78704 more than once and have never gotten involved in neighborhood politics for my own benefit. Please view our homes sold section to see our sales volume over the past nine years. These only include homes listed with Green Mango Real Estate. The Board of Realtors will not allow us to post prices sold so they do not show up.

The name green mango came from a beloved friend who told me in while I was in India 1979 that the pronunciation "Carrie" meant "green mango" and it was not until I started my own company in 1997 that I realized what a GREAT name it would be for my company and the rest is history.
